Is Apex Premier Solutions a certified MBE/WBE vendor in Ohio?

Yes. Apex Premier Solutions holds active MBE, WBE, WOSB, EDWOSB, and EDGE certification, plus national NMSDC and WBENC certification and City of Columbus WBE/MBE/SRBE registration. Current registration documentation is available on request for procurement packets.

What areas does Apex Premier Solutions serve?

Apex Premier Solutions is headquartered in Reynoldsburg, Ohio (Columbus metro) and works nationwide — with projects delivered in Ohio, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Florida, Texas, and more through a vetted network of integration professionals.

What services does Apex Premier Solutions offer?

Apex Premier Solutions offers telecommunications consulting (RCDD design, Division 27 specifications, BICSI-compliant ICT design), structured cabling, Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), network design and management, wireless/Wi-Fi solutions, security camera installation, audio/video installation and service, project management, and instructor-led training — including communications, software, safety, project management, employability, and business-skills courses.

What is a DAS system, and does my building need one?

A Distributed Antenna System (DAS) boosts cellular signal inside large, dense, or shielded buildings where carrier signal doesn't reliably reach interior spaces. Apex Premier Solutions installs both cellular DAS and ERRCS (Emergency Responder Radio Communication Systems, required by fire code in many buildings), and assesses in-building coverage on-site before recommending either.

How much does structured cabling cost per drop in Ohio?

Cost per drop depends on cable category, pathway distance, and whether the run is plenum-rated. Apex Premier Solutions provides a fixed quote after a walkthrough; turnaround on the quote itself depends on the size and complexity of the project.

Do you handle both design and installation, or just one?

Both. Every Apex Premier Solutions project goes through an assessment and engineered design phase before installation, with a dedicated project manager assigned to multi-phase or multi-site work.

Do you provide ongoing maintenance after installation?

Yes. Apex Premier Solutions offers optional service and maintenance contracts for structured cabling, camera systems, and AV equipment after handoff, in addition to one-time installation projects.

What manufacturers and equipment brands does Apex Premier Solutions install?

Apex Premier Solutions is authorized to install and service equipment from Cisco, Ruckus, HP/Aruba, Commscope, Panduit, Hubbell, Axis, Hanwha, Milestone, Crestron, Kramer, and Atlona, among others.

How quickly does Apex Premier Solutions respond to a quote request?

Apex Premier Solutions acknowledges every quote request promptly. The quote and project timeline itself depends on the size and complexity of the job — a single-room install can be scoped in a few days, while a multi-site or multi-phase project may take longer to properly assess and design.

Can Apex Premier Solutions help my organization meet supplier-diversity goals?

Yes. As an MBE/WBE/WOSB-certified firm with NMSDC and WBENC national certification, Apex Premier Solutions can be counted toward supplier-diversity participation goals on qualifying contracts.

Has Apex Premier Solutions worked with major general contractors?

Yes. Apex Premier Solutions graduated the Rising Contractor programs at Gilbane, Smoot, and Elford — three of the region's major general contractors. Apex Premier Solutions has delivered subcontracted projects for Gilbane, Litko, and Setterlin Building Company, and has contracted work with Smoot under way in 2026.
